Work Queue (WQ)

A list of set tasks and instructions to be executed to complete a task. For example, the Work Queue includes:

1. Transposition of containers (Yard consolidation);
2. Containers and cargo inbound and outbound;
3. Delivery and acceptance of containers from trucks;
4. Vessel loading and discharge;
5. Train loading/unloading.

This list of examples isn’t exhaustive and can contain numerous other tasks.
